The gyratory crusher is mainly composed of a crossbeam, an upper, middle and lower frame, a moving cone, an eccentric sleeve, a transmission part and a hydraulic cylinder. The horizontal shaft is driven by the motor to rotate, and the horizontal shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the gear, and then the eccentric sleeve drives the moving cone to swing in a circle, thereby achieving continuous extrusion and crushing of stones. By adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the moving cone, the moving cone can be moved up and down, so as to conveniently adjust the size of the discharge port and the size of the product particle size. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinder also provides an iron protection function. When an object that cannot be crushed (such as an iron block) enters the crushing chamber, the hydraulic cylinder can automatically make the moving cone fall, thereby releasing the iron block, continuing to crush and protect the crusher.
