Globe bearing, also known as bearing bushing, alloy tile. If the seal of the globe bearing of the kiln head of the rotary kiln is leaking oil seriously, the oil level of the bearing bushing oil mark is not displayed, and the bearing water tank is filled with oil-water mixture. If you open the observation hole of the upper cover and the side end cover and find that there is no leakage in the inlet and outlet joints of the circulating water, there is only a small amount of emulsified turbid oil inside the bearing bushing, and there are water drops dripping from the joint surface between the bearing bushing and the globe bearing, it can be suspected that the globe bearing water channel is leaking or damaged.
Emergency measures are as follows:
(1) Clean the oil inside and on the surface of the globe bearing.
(2) Open Φ6 mm stop crack holes at 2~3 mm away from both ends of the crack, and the depth is equal to the wall thickness of the spherical bearing water channel 50 mm.
(3) Process a 20 mm wide and 30 mm deep V-shaped groove along both sides of the crack and roughen it. (4) Process 9 elliptical grooves with a length, width and depth of 120 mm × 30 mm × 20 mm on the surface of the globe bearing in the vertical direction of the crack, with a spacing of about 110 mm, and process 2 M16 threaded holes on both sides of the groove.
5) Use Q235B steel plate with δ=16 mm to make 9 120 mm × 30 mm connecting plates, and drill step countersunk holes at both ends to correspond to the threaded holes in the square groove.
(6) Use M16×50 mm hexagon socket bolts to process the slope and install the connecting plate in the square groove, so that the spherical bearings on both sides of the crack are tightened to prevent the crack from continuing to develop.
(7) After cleaning the crack with a cleaning agent, apply special glue to fill the micro cracks, and then use a special metal repair agent to fill and level the cracks. After the application is completed, use an electric heater to dry and keep warm.
(8) After the repair agent is completely solidified, the globe bearing is cleaned and pressure tested with a pressure of 0.3 MPa (50% of the standard test pressure) and the pressure is maintained for 15 minutes.
(9) After the bearing and globe bearing are reinstalled, grinding inspection is carried out. Because the bearing is strained and deformed to a certain extent after the crack of the globe bearing, there are only 1 to 2 contact points between the bearing and the shaft in the 30 mm × 30 mm area. The fewer contact points, the more difficult it is to scrape and grind. It is necessary to use high-viscosity lubricating oil to re-grind the bearing during operation.
