It is a bowl-shaped container with lifting trunnions on both sides, used to hold high-temperature slag produced in the steel smelting process. Electric furnaces and converters are both steel-making equipment. The electric arc furnace steel-making has a short process, low construction investment, and a small footprint. Electric furnaces do not need to rely on complex iron-making systems like converter steel-making.

- Ultrasonic flaw detection in the 500mm range of the slag pot trunnion: the flaw detection level reaches: JB/T5000.14-1998 Level 2, and flaw detection of slag pot body reaches level 3.
- The outer surface of the slag pot is coated with silver-gray matte waterproof and heat-resistant paint.

- Service life 1300-2000 times
- Raw material cost ≈9000 yuan/ton
- Input-output ratio 4.5:1
Electric furnace slag pot:
- Service life 6000 times
- Raw material cost ≈11,000 yuan/ton
- Input-output ratio 2.2:1
