Technical requirements for Tenfaye cast steel slag pot
1. Cast steel slag pot must be produced in strict accordance with the implementation standards. When using the can holding machine to tip the slag pot, ensure the coaxiality and dimensional accuracy of the slag pot trunnion and the turned over can holding ear part. The surface of the slag pot must be smooth, and the non-processed surface must not have visible shrinkage, pores, cracks, slag inclusions and other casting defects;
2. With the development of the foundry industry, the gating system is constantly improving and the technology is constantly improving. In the treatment of the riser, repair the bubbles after cutting, smooth the roots of the riser at the legs, and then adjust the height of the slag pot to ensure the unevenness of the slag pot;
3. Improve the dimensional accuracy of the slag pot. Change the lugs of the slag pot from machining to wool casting. Design a positioning fixing plate and a shape inspection template to ensure the coaxiality and tolerance of the lugs. Adjust the dimensions and machining allowances of other parts to improve the tolerance level to achieve the purpose of reducing allowances and costs;
4.
