These two 35CrMo anvils are designed for heavy-duty forging press applications and are required to withstand high mechanical loads and repeated forging impact.
Tenfaye completed the manufacturing and inspection according to the customer's technical requirements. The two components weigh approximately 13 tons and 18 tons respectively, with a combined weight of about 30 tons.
Level III ultrasonic testing was carried out to verify the internal quality of the heavy steel components before delivery.
The anvils have now been shipped to Jiangsu, China for use in a forging press.
