Blast Furnace Bell Main body adopts high-strength heat-resistant and wear-resistant cast steel. Common grades: ZG230-450, ZG270-500, or Cr-Mo alloy cast steel, with excellent heat and wear resistance. 
1.Integral casting: Single piece forming, high overall rigidity to avoid air leakage and deformation.  2.Spherical / conical sealing surface: High machining precision for tight fitting, to guarantee excellent air tightness. 3.Reinforced wear-resistant surface: The areas impacted and scoured by materials are locally thickened. Some products are overlaid with wear-resistant alloy to extend service life. 4.Integrated lifting lugs and hinge seats: Cast integrally for high structural strength and fewer failure points during assembly.

Description

Blast furnace bell is a core large steel casting for feeding and sealing on blast furnace top. It features high temperature resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance, air tightness and fatigue resistance. As an integrally cast part, it has strict standards for casting, heat treatment, machining and non-destructive testing.
1.Exposed to high-temperature flue gas continuously, with surface temperature up to 300~500℃ and frequent cold & heat alternation.
2.Subject to continuous impact, abrasion and scouring from furnace burden.
3.Operate in dusty and corrosive gas environment.
4.Reciprocate thousands of times per day, belonging to fatigue loaded parts.
