Working principle
Working principle of jaw crusher: When the motor rotates the eccentric shaft through the belt, the vertical connecting rod moves upward and downward. When the vertical connecting rod moves upward, it drives the two toggle plates to gradually flatten. The toggle plate forces the movable jaw plate to push toward the fixed jaw plate. The ore in the crushing chamber (i.e. the space composed of the fixed jaw plate and the movable jaw) is crushed by extrusion, splitting and bending.

1. Jaw plate - also known as tooth plate, tooth plate, is the main wearing part used to crush materials. Its replacement cycle varies depending on the crushed materials. It is the most frequently replaced wearing part on the jaw crusher. According to its function, it can be divided into two categories: movable plate and fixed plate. According to the installation method, it can be divided into: horizontal installation and longitudinal installation.
