I. Temporary shutdown of kiln
1. Stop feeding, stop decomposition furnace, and reduce coal feeding at kiln head appropriately.
2. Reduce system air volume, stop kiln main exhaust fan, and use auxiliary transmission instead.
3. Stop kiln main motor, close slow rotation, and pan kiln according to pan kiln program.
4. Check preheater.
5. Pay attention to system insulation and be ready to feed at any time.
II. Fault shutdown of kiln
There are two types of system fault shutdown, electromechanical fault and process fault. During the trial operation stage of feeding, the system has a short continuous operation time, and the high setting of various set protection values ​​in the electrical control system needs to be optimized. In addition, the conditions of each factory are different, and the fault manifestations are different. At the same time, the equipment is inevitably faulty when it is operated with heavy load for the first time. The first feeding operation greatly increases the probability of electromechanical fault.
For fault shutdown, if it is not handled in time or improperly, it may cause a chain reaction, resulting in damage to other rotary kiln components, thus affecting the entire system. Regardless of the type of fault causing the shutdown, the central control room should contact the site in time to find out the cause. First, ensure the safety of personnel and electromechanical equipment, and stop the material and coal in time.
Emergency stop operation tips:
(1) When the inspection personnel find that the equipment in the workshop has abnormal operation or endangers personal safety, they can use the stop button on the button box next to the machine or the ammeter box next to the machine to perform an emergency stop. (2) When the operator in the control room wants to perform an emergency stop, he can operate the "Emergency Stop" button through the computer keyboard, and all the equipment in the chain group will be shut down together. When there is an alarm signal, you can press the special release button on the keyboard to release the sound signal. The judgment of the fault may depend on the electrical control alarm system.
When a fault occurs during the feeding operation, the material should be stopped first, and the coal feeding of the decomposition furnace should be stopped. Then, according to the type of fault and the time required to handle the fault, the impact on the process production and equipment safety, complete the subsequent operations.
Irregular kiln stop operation will not only damage the rotary kiln castings, but may also cause rotary kiln failures and affect work efficiency. Therefore, it is very necessary to replace the rotary kiln castings in time.
