So how to delay the degree of roller wear?
The main reasons for roller wear:1. The hardness of the feed material is too hard
If the compressive strength of the feed material hardness exceeds 160Mpa, the material is difficult to crush. When the two rollers are working, the squeezing force should be greater, and the roller skin will naturally wear faster.
2: The strength of the roller skin itself is low
If the roller skin itself is made of ordinary material, and its wear resistance and corrosion resistance are poor, it will accelerate the wear of the roller skin.
3: The shape and size of the roller surface
If the roller skin surface is not smooth and smooth, its specifications and dimensions do not meet the requirements, or the operator uses the equipment improperly, it will cause roller skin wear.
4. Improper feeding method
If the feeding is uneven, it will not only accelerate the wear speed of the roller skin, but also annular grooves will appear on the surface of the roller skin, resulting in uneven discharge particle size.
5. The feeding particle size is too large
During the operation of the roller crusher, if the feeding particle size is too large, the material will have a strong impact with the roller skin, causing serious wear of the roller skin.
How to delay the wear of the roller skin?1. Choose a roller skin with good material quality. It is recommended to use high manganese steel or special carbon steel with good wear resistance to make the roller skin, which can improve the wear resistance of the roller skin;
2. The length of the feeder should be consistent with the length of the roller to ensure reasonable and uniform feeding, slow down the wear of the roller skin, and reduce the annular grooves on the surface of the roller skin;
3. When the roller crusher is running, pay attention to the feeding size to prevent the block from being too large, causing the machine body to vibrate violently, thereby causing serious wear of the roller skin;
4. Feed continuously. In order to feed continuously, the speed of the feeder should be 1-3 times faster than the speed of the roller;
5. Prevent the roller from tilting during the operation of the equipment and keep it parallel and stable.
If the roller skin is found to be unevenly worn, the roller skin can be welded to make it flat. If the wear is particularly severe, it should be replaced in time. Only when the roller skin is kept in good condition can the roller crusher improve its production capacity to a certain extent and the company can have high profits.
