The supporting wheel device can be divided into a sliding bearing supporting wheel group, a rolling bearing supporting wheel group and a sliding rolling bearing supporting wheel group according to the bearings used. The rolling bearing supporting wheel group has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, low resistance, reduced power consumption and simple manufacturing, but due to the load of hundreds of tons of the supporting wheel, the required rolling bearing size is large, which is limited by the supply conditions.
The supporting wheel bearing material is generally aluminum bronze and zinc-based alloy. Aluminum bronze has high mechanical properties and excellent corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, fresh water and sea water. High strength, good castability, good wear resistance, heat resistance below 400℃, heat treatment, good welding performance.
The main characteristics of zinc-based alloys are high strength and elongation. In recent years, they are mostly used in the manufacture of bearings, zinc-based alloy bearings, bushings, worm gears, and are mainly used in heavy machinery and equipment such as mining machinery and cement machinery.
