At Tenfaye, we specialized in casting and precision machining high-performance, large-scale valve components that meet rigorous global standards.

Different industrial fields demand distinct chemical compositions and mechanical properties. Tenfaye's advanced foundry capabilities cover a comprehensive spectrum of specialized materials:
Carbon Steel (WCB / WCC / WCA): WCB is the most widely utilized material for standard valve bodies (gates, globes, checks, butterflies, and balls) handling water, steam, and oil (-29°C to 425°C). For thicker-walled large castings, WCC is preferred due to its lower carbon content, which provides superior toughness, higher structural strength against deformation/cracking, and enhanced weldability.
Low-Temperature Carbon Steel (LCB / LCC): Specially treated to maintain exceptional impact toughness in low-temperature environments (-46°C to -101°C), making it ideal for LNG, LPG, and cryogenic valve applications.
Duplex Stainless Steel (ASTM A890/A995 Grade 4A & 5A): Engineered for highly corrosive environments like marine engineering, seawater butterfly valves, and chemical processing. It offers ultra-high strength and excellent resistance to pitting and stress corrosion.
Specialty Alloys & Ductile Iron: From High-Nickel Alloys and Nickel Alloys (Monel/Inconel) for extreme acid/alkali environments to QT450 Ductile Iron for large-diameter municipal water supply and drainage systems. We also cast High Chromium Cast Iron (ASTM A532 Class III) for high-wear slurry and mining valves.
A valve's true performance cannot be judged by its Nominal Pressure (PN) alone. While PN represents the design pressure class (the "identity card"), the Maximum Allowable Working Pressure (MAWP)—the actual capabilities—is dynamically determined by the valve material, design standards (e.g., ASME B16.34), and the actual operating temperature. As temperature rises, material strength decreases, and the MAWP drops accordingly.
Tenfaye meticulously manufactures and inspects heavy-duty valve bodies in compliance with top-tier international standards:
API 600: Steel Gate Valves (covering precise wall thickness, pressure ratings from Class 150 to 2500, and testing specs).
API 6D: Pipeline Ball Valves.
API 609: Butterfly Valves.
ISO 5208: Strict Valve Pressure and Leakage Testing.
Leveraging robust manufacturing facilities, Tenfaye provides heavy-duty, flawlessly cast, and precision-machined components for the six major industries:
