The
ball mill head is an important component in the ball mill that carries the rotation of the ball mill barrel. Therefore, the technology and processing requirements are very strict to ensure the normal operation of the ball mill.
In terms of technology, there must be no casting defects such as pores and blisters on the neck that is in contact with the spherical tile of the ball mill and the arc neck that is in contact with the cylinder;
In terms of processing, the parts in contact with the spherical tiles need to be ground after processing to ensure accuracy and smoothness, so the requirements for the casting process are very high.
Ball mill heads are generally produced using high-carbon steel with specifications such as ZG230-450, which has relatively high casting requirements. If wear-resistant treatment is required, alumina ceramic linings are generally used. The barrel and hollow shaft of the ball mill are usually assembled together before leaving the factory. They are usually directly cast together and not welded later, because the service life of later welding is lower than that of direct casting.
Features of Tenfaye Ball Mill Head
1. Using heat treatment technology, the hardness of the hollow shaft is improved and the impact resistance is enhanced;
2. Made of high-strength steel to ensure the quality of the hollow shaft;
3. Optimize the process structure of the end cover according to the operating characteristics of the ball mill to ensure the stability of the component under long-term operation and extend its service life.
