Structure of jaw crusher

1. Frame
The frame of the jaw crusher is divided into two types: welded and assembled.
The welded type adopts a large arc transition fillet and a low stress zone welding method, which greatly reduces stress concentration and ensures the equal strength of the frame in all directions. It has the characteristics of impact resistance, uniform force and low failure rate.
The assembled type adopts modular and non-welded frame structure design, with high strength and reliability. At the same time, the whole machine is assembled, which is more convenient for transportation and installation. It is especially suitable for installation in narrow and difficult-to-transport places such as underground mines and high-altitude mines.
2. Toggle plate
The toggle plate is a precisely calculated welded part. It is not only a transmission component, but also a safety part of the crusher. When the crusher falls into uncrushable materials and the machine exceeds the normal load, the toggle plate will break immediately and the crusher will stop working, thus avoiding damage to the entire machine. The toggle plate and toggle plate pad adopt rolling contact. Under normal use, there is little friction. Only a layer of grease needs to be applied on the contact surface.
3. Adjustment parts
The adjustment parts are used to adjust the size of the discharge port and compensate for the wear between the jaw plate, toggle plate and toggle plate pad.
