Crusher, also known as stone crusher, is an indispensable mining machinery in the production of artificial sand and gravel, and is a way to solve the depletion of sand resources.
Crushing operations are often divided into coarse crushing, medium crushing and fine crushing according to the size of feeding and discharging particles. Coarse crushing equipment can crush stones with a compressive strength of up to 350Mpa, medium crushing can crush stones with a compressive strength of less than 200Mpa and a calcium content of more than 40%, and fine crushing is generally grinding and sanding equipment.
1. Maintenance before the crusher is turned on
- The crusher equipment needs to be inspected on the surface to check whether the liner, hammer head and other vulnerable cast steel parts are firmly installed;
- Check the lubrication of bearings and other cast steel parts;
- Check whether the conveyor belt facilities are detached or damaged, if so, please replace them in time;
- Check whether there are foreign objects inside the crusher to avoid affecting the normal operation of the crusher equipment;
- Check whether the transmission facilities and electrical parts are normal before starting;
- The crusher should operate under no load when it is turned on.
2. Use and maintenance of crusher
- The material is fed evenly into the crusher cavity through the vibrating feeder. Do not feed too much or too little, which may damage the crusher;
- If the temperature of the crusher is too high during normal operation, stop the machine immediately and check the crusher. Do not force the machine to operate;
- Check the heating and lubrication of the bearings frequently and lubricate the bearings regularly;
- Pay attention to the wear of cast steel parts such as hammer heads and liner plates. Replace the surface and replace the parts with large wear.
- Tighten and maintain other cast steel parts such as bolts and electrical parts of the crusher frequently.
